Cytochrome P450 with pelB secretion signal and 6xHis tag reporter

The Cytochrome P450 gene CYP6AY1 from the brown planthopper was inserted following Part:BBa_S05355 with constitutive J23119 promoter and B0034 RBS. This gene allows the brown planthopper to be resistant to the pesticide imidacloprid. Part:BBa_S05355 contains the constitutive promoter J23119 with RBS B0034 and pelB allows the CYP6AY1 protein to be secreted from the cell. The 6Xhis tag acts as a reporter to isolate and analyze the protein.
